The preparation
Your performance is everything: practice makes perfect (and saves money).

Learn your text by heart!
Why? Only when the lyrics are perfect can you fully concentrate on the emotion and the performance. That makes a huge difference in the final result.
Effect: You save yourself unnecessary takes – effectively saving time and budget in the studio.
Bring reference songs with you
Send us links to songs you like in advance and tell us what you love about them ("the sound," "the energy of the voice"). That way we'll cater to your taste from the very first minute.

Your recording will take place in one of our studios – in Recording studio in Würzburgin Berlin or mobile, on-site at your location.
Arrival & Timing
Please be 5–10 minutes Please arrive before your appointment – but not half an hour early: We are currently preparing your session or another customer is still in the final stages. punctuality helps us to stay focused.
Your time, your song
We'll take the time your song needs. If you need more, you can upgrade your package. Extend at any time on site.
We are by your side
You are not alone. Our Engineer He will guide you through the session – with calm, a listening ear and expertise.

House rules in the recording studio: to keep your recording focused.
Strict smoking ban
Why? For fire safety reasons and to protect our high-quality equipment – smoke and nicotine can damage sensitive microphones and devices. Outdoors, of course, there are options.
Friends & companions
Yes, one accompanying person is okay – but it shouldn't be a group event. Our experience: The presence of others often makes the artist more nervous and distracting, especially during emotional songs.
Meals
Water and coffee are on us, of course! If you'd like any special drinks or snacks, feel free to bring them along – that way you'll feel completely comfortable and can fully concentrate on your performance.

Live effects & Auto-Tune: how you can hear your sound while recording.
No worries: These effects will not recorded with.
Advantages: This gives us 100% flexibility in retrospect. However, it's much more efficient to have the effect in the monitor mix from the beginning than to laboriously "add it on" later.

Vocal editing & technical EQing: the first polish after recording.
Once your vocals are recorded, the detailed work begins – editing and technical EQing.
Step 1 · Editing
We listen to all the takes carefully and select the best parts ("comping"): Often the first part of one take is perfect, and the second part comes from another – we seamlessly edit these best moments together into a perfect main track. We remove distracting breaths and background noise for a clean recording.
Step 2 · Technical EQing
Every voice and every room brings its own unique frequency problems. With the Equalizer We remove unpleasant and disagreeable frequencies – muffled, muddy areas as well as harsh, hissing peaks. This creates clarity and transparency and lays the clean foundation on which we can build the creative mix in the next step.

The magic of mixing: this is where tracks become a song.
Now it's time to make sound! We'll bring your vision to life with sound.
Dynamics (compression)
We compensate for volume fluctuations so that your voice always sounds present and powerful.
Sound shaping (creative EQ)
We highlight the best frequencies of your voice and create a unique sound.
Space & Depth (Reverb & Delay)
We give your voice the right atmosphere – from an intimate room to a large hall.

All the wishes we discussed together will be creatively implemented here.
Goal: The mix is finished when everything sounds coherent, well-rounded and harmonious – and perfectly conveys the emotion of the song.

Mixing feedback: this is how your correction loop works.
Want to be involved in the mixing?
Yes, that's possible! However, the initial mix sketches are very technical. You'll get the best impression by listening to the first finished mix version in peace and quiet.
The feedback process
- You will receive the first mix version as a download.
- You have 7 days to listen to it at your leisure on different devices and take notes.
- We will discuss your change requests (by phone, video call, email or live in the studio) and implement them.
Transparency regarding changes
The number of free revisions depends on your package. If your requirements exceed the scope, we'll discuss it with you beforehand. Clear and transparent – no hidden costs!
The organizational aspects
Costs & payment in the recording studio: everything is transparently regulated.
For projects up to €200
Payment: 100% prepayment.
For projects starting at €201
Standard: 100% prepayment.
Option: A 50% deposit is possible upon request to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is due before final processing. Just ask us about it!
Larger projects (installment payment)
We also offer payment in installments – after a short credit check and installment agreement.
Important note: The final editing and delivery of the final song files will only take place after full payment has been received.
The organizational aspects
Your music, your rights: who owns the song?
Very easily: All copyrights (to lyrics and melody) remain 100% with you.
We act purely as a service provider for recording and production.
