Two 20 m² rooms on the island: the control room with acoustically optimized monitoring – and the green lounge with a moss wall, couch, and coffee, where you can relax between takes. Both rooms are located in the listed historic courtyard on Eiswerder: thick brick walls, high ceilings, no traffic noise – ideal conditions for professional recordings. All audio equipment – from tube microphones to an analog chain – is available for every session at no extra charge.

Peak-Studios then takes care of the editing, mixing, and mastering. You receive your mix to listen to, provide feedback – the agreed-upon revision rounds are included – and it's only finished when you give your approval.

How much does a complete production cost?

How long does a recording session in a recording studio take?
The duration of a recording session depends on the project. A single song can often be recorded within a few hours, while more extensive productions require correspondingly more time.

How do I get to the studio (public transport & car)?
The "Eiswerderstr." bus stop is located directly in front of the island: buses 136 and M36 stop there; from the S+U Rathaus Spandau station, it's about a 5-minute walk. By car: Eiswerderstraße 18, building 129 – parking spaces behind the building (approx. 100 m, parking disc required, 3 hours).
Can I rent the studio without an engineer?
No – deliberately not. Every session with us is conducted with an engineer to protect your work and equipment. For full days, we offer the Studio Day package, which includes an engineer.
When can I book sessions?
We schedule session appointments on weekdays during the day by arrangement. You can reach us by phone Monday to Friday from 9 am to 20 pm.
How does the booking process work for Studio Day, EP or Album?
You will receive a firm offer after the initial consultation. A deposit of 30% is due to confirm your appointment; free rescheduling is possible up to 7 days before the appointment.
What happens after the recording?
Peak-Studios handles editing, mixing, and mastering – depending on the project, either Dennis himself or our finishing team, which also oversees hundreds of online releases per year. You listen to samples, provide feedback, and only receive your files after your approval.
Can I also make voice recordings at the Berlin recording studio?
Yes. At our Berlin location, we record not only music but also voiceovers: voice-overs for explainer videos, commercials, and corporate communications, German versions for online content (dubbing and ADR), as well as translation, editing, mixing, and mastering. Recordings take place in a recording booth and are supervised just like any other session.
