Withdrawal waiver:*

I expressly request that Peak-Studios begin performing the commissioned service before the end of the statutory withdrawal period. I understand that I will lose my right of withdrawal upon full performance of the service.

Why this consent is necessary:
Since these are custom-tailored audio services, we begin project preparation promptly after receiving your order and – depending on the project – also begin processing it. To ensure we can start your project without delay, we require this legally mandated approval.

Note: Upon receipt of the order, organizational and preparatory services begin (e.g., project setup, file review, technical testing, and communication). In the event of non-payment, cancellation, or termination, costs may be incurred for these services in accordance with our terms and conditions.
