1. FILE EXAMINATION
If you have provided your data immediately (if not, go to point 2): We take a look at the tracks you submitted and carry out a brief technical check. If everything looks okay at first glance, we will create your project. If something is wrong, we will contact you.
2. BILLING
We will send you the invoice via your chosen payment method. This must always be paid in advance. As soon as we have received the payment, we will schedule the production.
3. PRODUCTION AND FINISHING
Once your project has been completed, we will send it to you for approval. You have 7 days from delivery to inform us of any changes you wish to make. If you need more time, please let us know so that we can implement your wishes promptly.
