Remote mixing & mastering

10/10 experience – I booked several hours of mixing and mastering lessons and am honestly impressed by Chris's professional approach. Even before the first session, a thorough needs analysis was conducted to ensure we knew exactly where to start. Afterwards, I received a detailed course plan outlining all the topics and goals – extremely structured and professional. I've been producing music for over 10 years, but mixing has always been a huge mystery to me. After years lost in the endless tutorial jungle without any real progress, I decided to finally tackle the subject professionally – and Peak-Studios couldn't have been a better choice. After just the first few sessions, I finally had a clear understanding of things that had confused me for years. Topics like low-end control, frequency masking, balance, and clean stereo width suddenly became completely comprehensible and were no longer just a matter of "feel." I also particularly appreciate the support: After each session, there was a comprehensive summary plus a recording of the lesson, so you can review everything at any time. And even between sessions, Chris was available via WhatsApp and immediately helped with any questions. What I appreciate most is that he doesn't just rattle off information, but truly addresses your individual current skill level. You can tell that Chris is not only extremely technically competent, but also a great communicator. After just a few sessions, mixing and mastering has transformed from a question mark that had plagued me for years into something I can finally approach with confidence. I highly recommend him to any producer who truly wants to understand what they're doing.

The track analysis was processed very quickly – no long wait. Thanks to the clear instructions and tips, the problems and challenges with the track could be improved immediately. All questions were answered clearly, and the contact and data processing was very straightforward. Everything worked perfectly; I highly recommend them!

We had our album (The Phantim - The Saws in My Head / Punk Rock) mastered by Chris Jones. The communication was very friendly and professional, as was the final result, which we are very happy with.
